The internship program at Kappa Rus provides you with such opportunities – from the very first days of working with us, you will be able to improve your technical, managerial and leadership skills.
As we offer innovative packaging solutions to well-known companies around the world, you’ll learn about how they work and work with them to develop innovative, safe and cost-effective ways to bring their products to market.
As part of our two-year internship, you will have the opportunity to work for 8 months at three different production sites in Europe, being directly involved in all work processes: in the areas of research and development, production, maintenance and technical equipment, as well as the opportunity to apply your leadership qualities in a dynamically developing multinational environment. Throughout your internship, you will be accompanied by mentors and mentors to help you bring out your strengths and get the most out of the program.
Requirements:
- Diploma of a specialist in engineering and work experience in the specialty no more than 2 years;
- Evidence of your leadership skills, such as illustrating your extracurricular activities;
- Ambition, purposefulness and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
- Willingness to travel to work in any of our industries during the internship.
